"Scheduling No Longer Feels Like a Tiny Disaster"
Before Dubsado, booking calls felt like a full-blown scheduling saga with too many messages and way too much back-and-forth. Now it’s so much easier. People can grab a time, the reminders actually do their job, and I’m not constantly chasing everyone down. It’s been a huge relief.

"Reliable enough that I’ll keep using it"
I’ve been using Dubsado for client forms, invoices, and workflows for a while now, and it’s been dependable. Pages load quickly enough, emails send when they’re supposed to, and I haven’t had any weird downtime that threw off my day.
It did take me a little time to get everything set up the way I wanted, so it’s not totally effortless at first. But once it’s running, it just does its job, and I don’t have to keep checking whether something sent or if a client got stuck. For my day-to-day work, it’s been solid, and I plan to keep using it.

"It fits the way I like to work"
I’ve really liked how much I can make Dubsado work around my own process. I can tweak the forms, emails, workflows, and even the small client steps so they feel right for how I run things. It did take me a little time to set everything up, but now it feels like my system instead of some generic template I had to force myself into. It’s been a big help for keeping my business running the way I want.

"The setup process really needs more care"
I felt lost during onboarding. For something customers are expected to rely on, I think there’s a responsibility to make the setup clear and fair to people who are just getting started. It wasn’t impossible, but it definitely left me frustrated and unsure what to do next.

"Contracts finally feel easy"
I’ve been using Dubsado to send contracts and collect e-signatures, it’s been such a smooth upgrade. Clients can sign without any fuss, I get notified right away, and I’m not stuck chasing down PDFs anymore. It just works, and I’m really happy with it...

"I’ve had a rough time with the payments..."
I’ve had a rough time with the payments side of things. The invoices seem to glitch often, and it turns into this annoying back-and-forth to figure out what’s going on. Support usually says something like, “We’re looking into it” or “Try refreshing and checking again,” but that doesn’t really help much when I’m just trying to get invoices sent and paid without babysitting the system.

"Forms finally don’t feel like a chore"
These questionnaires have made things so much easier. Instead of going back and forth a dozen times to get basic info, people can just fill out what’s needed upfront. It’s clearer for everyone, and it feels like a fair way to respect each other’s time

"Really helps speed things up"
I’ve been using this to automate parts of my workflow, and it saves me a ton of time. It’s not perfect every single time, but the little hiccups are easy enough to work around and don’t really bother me. Overall, it makes my day-to-day tasks much easier.

I’ve been using Dubsado with Zapier, Google Calendar, and my email setup, it’s been smooth. It did take me a little while to get everything connected the way I wanted, but now that it’s set up, it saves me SO much back and forth. Really happy with it so far.

I used dubsado as a client through a photographer I booked, and most of my experience was with the client portal.
From my side, it was really convenient. I could easily pull up the contract, invoice, emails, and forms without searching through a bunch of old messages. Paying was straightforward too, and I really liked having everything in one place.
The only small thing was that I had to click around a little the first time to figure out where everything was, but after that it was easy. Based on my experience, it felt much smoother than emailing PDFs back and forth

"Too pricey for how little I use it"
dubsado has been fine overall, but it feels a little expensive for my small business. I only use this and that here and there, so paying the full price every month doesn’t really feel worth it for what I’m actually getting.
Getting it set up also took me longer than I expected. For the cost, I kind of thought that part would be smoother or more straightforward. It’s not awful or anything, just not the best value for me right now.

I reached out for help and, it just took too long to hear back. I was hoping for a quicker response, well, not instant, but at least soon enough to actually help with the issue...
